Aditux has had a busy year and is now topping it off by getting selected as a finalist for Red Herring’s top 100 Global awards for its work with NFC software including Nokia apps and the recently announced NFC windows based software kit that comes with a reader. In case you are unaware of the Red Herring Awards, they are prestigious and well respected. Just getting selected as a finalist is an achievement for Aditux. You may remember that Tapit received an award for the South Pacific Red Herring Awards for their work with NFC marketing.

Aditux Red Herring Award finalist selection shows NFC on the move

Aditux, the Finnish based NFC software company, was evaluated on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, technology innovation, quality of management, execution of strategy, and integration into their respective industries. This is how they won their finalist selection for the Red Herring Award. So, beyond being innovative with NFC, the firm has proved that it is well organized and secure.

NFC is a nascent industry and to find firms already secure and successful enough to get awards based on their business model is a very positive sign for Aditux. The firm won this nomination over hundreds of other hopeful firms in the tech industry. The finalists are invited to present their winning strategies at the Red Herring Global forum in Los Angeles, December 5-7, 2011. The Top 100 winners will be announced at a special awards ceremony on December 7, 2011 at the event.
